Convoyn Completes SOC 2 Type II Certification

We’re glad to share that Convoyn has completed its SOC 2 Type II audit, independently verifying the security controls we run across data encryption, access management and monitoring over a sustained six-month period.

Unlike a Type I audit, which checks controls at a single point in time, Type II verifies those controls actually held up in practice over months of real operation — a higher bar, and one we felt mattered given how much sensitive conversation data flows through the platform.
